• There are No refunds or exchanges.  Please be certain of your choices before submitting your order.

• If you receive an item damaged, you must contact Finished Touch Jewelry within 3 days of receiving your order and item . The item must be returned to Finished Touch Jewelry.  Once item is received you will be sent a replacement if available.  If item is not available you will receive a store credit.

• Please allow up to 3-5 business days before item is processed and shipped.

• Once a tracking number has been assigned to your order, we are not responsible for any loss, damage, or stolen items.
